Case Study
Graduate Arkansas — Statewide Alternative Charter District
Katie Hatley, Superintendent

Statewide alternative charter district
The situation
A statewide alternative charter district serving students who had already been failed once by traditional schooling. Campuses were spread across Arkansas, roles blurred between sites, and leadership was carrying communication that a system should have been handling.
What we installed
Everyday Strengths worked with the superintendent and site leaders to install a shared leadership operating system: named strengths for every leader, clear role and decision ownership, and communication loops that hold across distance.
The documented outcome
The full documented outcomes, including the turnover figures reported by the district, are published in the case study PDF below.
